RT11 Conference Fees

Conference Fees & Deadlines

1. The Organiser reserves the right to review and amend the currency exchange rate as applied herein if and when necessary.
    
2. MYR: For payment via bank drafts, cheques & telegraphic transfers by companies based in Malaysia.
    
3. EUR: For payment via bank drafts & telegraphic transfers by companies based outside of Malaysia.
    
4. Credit card payments are transacted in MYR only. A finance charge of 3% applies.
    
5. The Fee for Accompanying Person is for participation at the Welcome Reception hosted on 11 November 2013 only. The Accompanying Person must be aged 18 and above.

Payment

Payment may be made via the following methods:

1. Corporate/company cheque (in MYR) or bank draft made payable to RSPO SECRETARIAT SDN BHD.
    
2. Telegraphic transfer (all finance charges are borne by the delegate). A copy of the transaction slip must be mailed to  [email protected] or faxed over at 603-7727 9458 as proof of remittance.
    
3. Credit Card via Mobile88.com (iPay88.com). A finance charge of 3% applies.
    

Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds will be made for cancellations received in writing (by e-mail of fax) by 1 October 2013 (GMT+8). A cancellation fee of 20% of registration fee per delegate is applicable. There will be no refunds after this date.
    
2. If the delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitute delegate is welcomed at NO extra charge provided written notification is given to the Organiser by 1 November 2013 (GMT+8).

Details of bank account:

The Organiser shall not be responsible for any airfare, ground transportation, lodging or incidental or any other costs incurred by delegates for attending or otherwise participating in the Conference.

The Organiser reserves the right to review and amend the currency exchange rate as applied herein if and when necessary. Any changes in exchange rates will be reflected on the website www.rt11.rspo.org and those rates will prevail.
